* The '50% Money Back Guarantee (MBG)' is available on 7 night Crystal ski holidays departing in December '07 and January '08. MBG is applicable if 50% of the ski lifts and runs (local and area) are closed throughout your stay as a result of lack of snow. It is not applicable if the lifts or runs are closed for any other reason, e.g. excess snow or bad weather. MBG is applicable on the basic total holiday cost but excludes extras such as insurance, lift passes, ski/snowboard hire and excursions. MBG is only applicable on new full brochure priced bookings made direct either online or through our call centre. MBG is not applicable on USA and Canada holidays, self-drives, accommodation only, seat only bookings and holidays using scheduled flights. To receive the early booking discount and the MBG the code 'MBG1' must be entered or quoted at the time of booking - this must appear on the booking invoice otherwise any claim will be invalid. To make a claim all you have to do is send a copy of your invoice with covering letter within 7 days of returning from holiday to Crystal Customer Services, Kings Place, 12-42 Wood Street, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, KT1 1JY. All bookings must be made direct either online or through the call centre before the 31st July 2007, subject to availability and change.
