Crystal Ski Holidays won ‘Best UK Snow-sports Tour Operator Award’ at the World Snow Awards ceremony for the fourth time, announced at The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Show in London’s Battersea Park on Thursday October 26, 2017.
The World Snow Awards, established six years ago, recognise the very best companies, brands and resorts in the ski and snowboard industry. The award was presented by Henry Druce from Telegraph Ski and Snowboard to Chris Logan, Crystal Managing Director.
With 23 awards up for grabs, the winners were decided by a judging panel of the leading figures in the UK skiing and snowboarding industry as well as by public vote. The likes of technique guru and celebrity coach Warren Smith and The Telegraph’s Head of Ski Content Henry Druce met and decided which travel providers and resorts have made the biggest impact and which new kit stands out from the crowd..
The awards are unique in that they allow the UK public to have their say in a total of 4 categories including Best Snow-sports Tour Operator and Best UK Chalet Company.
“We are delighted that Crystal has won this award for the fourth time as customer experience is incredibly important to us. We thank all our customers and the readers who voted for us,” said managing director Crystal Ski Holidays, Chris Logan.
Fiona Young, CEO Disability Snowsport UK, has been honoured with a Lifetime Achievement World Snow Award for her pioneering work with the charity. Congratulations to her and our favourite charity.
